Meet Our Team


Donna DiPaolo is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Home Medical Equipment department, which includes everything from waiting on patients to preparing financial reports to keeping up with Medicare and insurance guidelines. Donna is a respiratory therapist and has been at Saint Elizabeth since 1998.


Gina Cook's day-to-day responsibilities include greeting patients, answering incoming phone calls, filling orders and delivering home medical equipment to patients. Gina has been at Saint Elizabeth for over eight years.

kendra_c Kendra Chee, a respiratory therapist, educates patients on how to properly use respiratory equipment at home. She spends time with patients and their families to help them understand the diagnosis and how the equipment can benefit their quality of life.
lori Lori Lamer greets patients as they enter Home Medical Equipment. She ensures all customer needs are meet, works with hospital departments to fill orders and manages inventory of supplies. She truly enjoys interacting with patients and other department to take care of patient needs.
jenifer_r Jennifer Rouse, a respiratory therapist, educates patients and their families about the equipment they are receiving from Home Medical Equipment. She enjoys helping patients, so they really understand how the equipment can benefit them. A follow-up phone call is made to the patient after they are at home to answer any questions that may have risen.

Kraig Tyser, a financial counselor, is responsible for compiling information from doctors and insurance companies on behalf of patients as well as billing insurance companies and patients. Kraig has been at Saint Elizabeth for seven years and enjoys helping customers.
